The Liberation Live! nwz lttr (“newsletter”) is a brand new service geared toward providing you a variety of articles to engage with, learn from, and build community around. We dedicate ourselves to redistributing free, yet disproportionately inaccessible reading material in honor of grassroots organizers and educators who have come before us. We understand that prison is designed to sever your ties to information, resources, history, family, and community, and that providing you readings to engage with is not gonna change your physical circumstances. But we do believe that resistance is forged in the mind then developed through the spirit so it can materialize in the physical. Resistance is a process, one we believe begins with relationships, in this instance, through education, and with community.

Our hope is that the readings are engaged with as a community, that workshops are inspired and developed for your community to discuss these readings, engage with their subjects, and eventually write responses to them. This nwz lttr is new but will soon develop into a network for you to interact with, sending in reading requests, submitting written works you have authored, and joining the community where we collectively work to allow your voices to be heard, leading to further discussion, engagement, and movement.
